Qantas Carer Concession Card – Updated Discounts & Benefits (2025)
Qantas has made significant updates to its Qantas Carer Concession Card (QCCC) Program to make travel more affordable and accessible for passengers with disabilities and their carers. These changes align with the Qantas Group’s Access and Inclusion Plan and introduce new benefits, including discounts on international flights and a simplified fare structure.
What’s New in the QCCC Program?
Effective 28 January 2025, the following changes will apply:
✅ 30% off base fares for domestic and regional flights, including sale fares in all cabin classes (excludes carrier charges, fees, and taxes).
✅ New 10% discount off base fares for international flights departing from Australia, including sale fares in Business, Premium Economy, and Economy classes (excludes carrier charges, fees, and taxes).
✅ Access to sale fares – eligible passengers and their carers can now receive discounts even on promotional fares.
✅ Simplified fare structure – discounts now apply to all available fares, making it easier to plan and book travel.
How to Apply for the Qantas Carer Concession Card
If you or a person you support requires a carer when travelling, you may be eligible for a Qantas Carer Concession Card.
Application Process:
- Download the Application Form: Visit the People with Disability Australia (PWDA) website to access the form.
- Complete the Form: Fill out all required details, including a recent passport-sized photograph.
- Submit Your Application: Send the completed form to PWDA via:

- Post: PO Box 666, Strawberry Hills NSW 2012
- Processing Time: Applications are processed weekly, with cards issued within four weeks of submission.
How to Book Qantas Flights with the QCCC
Once you have your Qantas Carer Concession Card, booking your flights and applying your discount is simple:
